SHIPPING POLICY
All Westwind products are printed on demand. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Domestic shipping is flat rate UPS or USPS. Tracking information will be provided when the order ships. For large quantity orders, please contact us to discuss quantity pricing.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are a small (but growing) company and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. When it comes to clothing, we get it. Sometimes the look or fit just isn't right. With our clothing products, simply use the contact form to let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item your payment will be refunded. For any of our "Extras" (non-apparel items), sales are final and returns are not accepted, unless the item comes to you damaged or defective. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us and you will be refunded your purchase price. Orders over $1000 need to be approved by Westwind and may have a non-return policy.
